This special "Future Ferris Wheel Pass" is offered to international visitors to HEP FIVE with the hope that you will revisit HEP FIVE after the Ferris wheel reopens. Even after your ride, you can keep the ticket as a souvenir.

★ What is the "Future Ferris Wheel Pass"?
The "Future Ferris Wheel Pass" is a special ticket that allows you to ride the HEP FIVE Ferris Wheel for free when it reopens in April 2026. If you bring this pass to the HEP FIVE 1F Information Counter after the reopening, you will receive a Ferris wheel boarding ticket.

★ How to Get Your "Future Ferris Wheel Pass"
Please visit HEP FIVE and follow the steps below to receive your "Future Ferris Wheel Pass."
① Come to the HEP FIVE 1F Information Counter.
② Show the redemption screen on this page and your passport to our staff.
③ After verification, we will give you the "Future Ferris Wheel Pass."
An original stamp, serving as a travel memory, will be pressed onto the ticket on the spot. If you wish, you can also press the stamp yourself.

① After the HEP FIVE Ferris Wheel reopens in 2026, please bring your "Future Ferris Wheel Pass" to the HEP FIVE 1F Information Counter.
② Present your "Future Ferris Wheel Pass" to receive a Ferris wheel boarding ticket.
③ You can keep the "Future Ferris Wheel Pass" as a souvenir.

・The Future Ferris Wheel Pass is an exclusive benefit for international visitors to HEP FIVE.
・The Future Ferris Wheel Pass can be used from the reopening date of the HEP FIVE Ferris Wheel. Please check the official HEP FIVE website for details on the reopening schedule.
・One Future Ferris Wheel Pass entitles one person to receive one Ferris wheel boarding ticket at the 1F Information Counter, only once.
・The Future Ferris Wheel Pass itself is not a boarding ticket. Please be sure to receive a Ferris wheel boarding ticket at the 1F Information Counter.
・Please keep your ticket safe. Reissuance due to loss or theft is not possible.
・It cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other discount coupons.
・Transfer or resale of the Future Ferris Wheel Pass to a third party is strictly prohibited.
・Ferris wheel operations may be suspended or changed without prior notice due to inclement weather, facility maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
・The contents of the Future Ferris Wheel Pass may be canceled or changed without prior notice.
