Location: HEP FIVE Basement 1, in front of the see-through elevator
Business Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Application Period: Same day as purchase
Number of Booths: 3 seats (maximum 4 seats)
Languages Supported: 2 to 3 staff members available at all times who can assist in English, Chinese, etc.
Number of Participating Stores: 43 stores (as of November 1, 2024)
Note: More stores will be added gradually.
Note: Some stores may also handle tax-free procedures individually.
