Notes on retreiving the coupon

Up to one coupon conversion per person, per day.
This coupon system may be changed or ended without notice.
Coupons are available only to foreign tourists staying in Japan for a short period of time.

How to use your coupon

You can use your coupon for shopping or dining at the following seven shopping malls.

GRAND GREEN OSAKA SHOPS & RESTAURANTS: This new, large-scale shopping complex includes a sizable urban park and a hotel, and offers fashion, shopping, lifestyle goods, cafés, restaurants, and a variety of other stores to enjoy, together with MIDORI (greenery).

GRAND FRONT OSAKA SHOPS & RESTAURANTS: Connected with JR Osaka Station—Western Japan’s largest shopping complex. Enjoy the latest shopping and gourmet dining along with intellectual creative spaces you'll find nowhere else!

HANKYU SANBAN GAI: Located near the airport bus stop, this is the perfect place for last-minute shopping before you head back home.

HEP FIVE: The Ferris wheel topping the building is an Osaka landmark from which you can look out all over the city. Inside, plenty more entertainment and fashion awaits!

HERBIS PLAZA / PLAZA ENT: Home to approximately 140 stores, including those of high-end international brands, fashionable boutiques, and unforgettable cuisine.

NU chayamachi / NU chayamachi PLUS: There are approximately 60 stores encompassing a wide range of genres, including anime goods, CDs and records, services, and apparel. Additionally, NU chayamachi has announced a renewal that will take place from the summer of 2024 to the fall of 2025.

Notes on using the coupon

The 500 yen coupon can only be used with purchase over 5,000 yen (including tax).
Only a single coupon can be used per transaction.
There are some shops at which this coupon cannot be used. Please confirm with shop staff regarding whether the coupon can be used there or not.

Q.1My group has multiple coupons. Can we use them all together for one purchase?

A.1No. Only one coupon can be used per purchase.

Q.2Can I give my coupon to my family, friends, or someone else to use?

A.2No. Each coupon can only be used by the person who got it. Coupons cannot be resold or transferred to someone else.

Q.3If I present my screen together with a coupon or discount ticket I've received from a hotel that's a part of the group of malls, can I receive multiple coupons?

A.3No. Even if you use it in conjunction with other vouchers or coupon giveaway campaigns, you can only receive one coupon by presenting this screen.
*Depending on the campaign details, it may be possible to receive a separate coupon.
