Sushi Uogashi Nihon Ichi is run based around the concept of a sushi stand from 200 years ago, a place where you can casually stop by and enjoy freshly-made sushi, and eat as much of the type you'd like.
The sushi chef will begin making your sushi as soon as the order comes in, so you'll be able to taste newly-made sushi.
During lunch time, the shop offers a standing style meal where you can stop by quickly for a bite without worrying about time. If you're hoping to eat your fill, there are plates available for 75 yen, so you can enjoy a little luxury at a reasonable price.
At dinnertime you can take your time enjoying a seated meal.
Aside from sushi, at night you can also savor freshly-fried tempura and homemade steamed dishes, as well as delicious sake.

Hakodate Kantarou is a popular conveyor belt sushi shop in Hokkaido's Hakodate City. Fresh, seasonal ingredients are shipped directly to the shop from Hokkaido. The fish that arrive are handled by the chefs on the same day, and made into nigiri sushi while still fresh. The shop also goes to the Osaka fish markets every day to purchase local fish and fresh ingredients from across Japan, and sells the finest picks. Please stop by and enjoy the taste for yourself. Bishoku Maimon Umeda

At Bishoku Maimon, you can enjoy dishes lavishly made with the finest ingredients and craftsmanship. They use fresh, seasonal ingredients, and during sakura (cherry blossom) season, they serve cherry anthias fish, Japanese Spanish mackerel, and clams. In autumn, enjoy the end-of-season conger eel with its rich fat, and "nodoguro," the "phantom fish," said to be the white fish version of fatty tuna. Sea bream is a specialty at Zen-en, whose sea bream rice is prepared with wild red sea bream from Akashi.
The dish is prepared with a blend of rice and sea bream put together by rice masters, which is then cooked in a special clay pot. The dish is served at the end of every kaiseki course meal.
Zen-en also offers sashimi and other seafood dishes.
